Went out just before 11oc. showing 13kts on the meter powered up on the big kite and every time I hit an on coming wave it was skyward bound. The wind picked up quick and even fully depowered I was totally overpowered and could not hold my ground because I was spending more time in the air going downwind than on the water. Finally finished of by popping a big air of a wave and came down straight into the face of what seemed like a closing 5' face and boy did it hurt! Became parted from my board and dragged back to shore (board in tow). Feel old and ache all over now but still have a big grin on my face, good session.
